I gained all my weight after spending the winter eating poorly. I had been on a low carb diet for 2 yrs prior and kept a steady weight.
Today I was craving veggies. Macadamia nuts rolled into romaine lettuce leaves and LEMONADE! FLAXOMEAL granola...
That is weird for me!
I suppose the longer one is on this, the better your body gets at 'communicating' what it REALLY wants.
I would really like to try the raw diet after this, but I am concerned that I will fail due the preparation involved. I have all the equiptment to make the goodies, but it really seems a pain to soak and grind and dehydrate. Is there a better way or a way to buy this stuff already made??
