Sometimes it takes me a while...

Things I am looking into right now are like absorbing stuff out through the skin, for example. Clays, and so on.

Just this morning I saw that my tongue has one straight crease down the centre and that it is nice and pink.

I draw any mucus in my mouth and spit every morning.

For some reason, I have been slow to start oil-pulling.

Giving up breads/pasta and the like has been the most difficult. Looking for alternatives, I have gotten into testing seeds, nuts, beans, and grains for sproutability...and I'm amazed at how few will.

My quinoa oddly produces tiny sprouts which then stop growing. ???

I am considering standing in the middle of a store that doesn't satisfy my questions and speaking my mind, loudly.

I used to own a grocery store, and that's the way to get answers there, quick.

I also have realized that most everyone else wants to know the answers to mostly the same questions. One person can change the world...but you have to be prepared for some to want you to shut up...and don't.

I look like Agatha Christie's description of "Miss Marple's" knitting wool...pink and fluffy.

There aren't many places I can't get into easily. (Grin.)

...The fact that I have a mind like a steel trap notwithstanding.



I don't fall down much, and I am beginning to prepare some of my own meals, bathe myself, clean up, and so forth. I am also getting back into writing...especially since I have invented a way to self-publish and double small amounts of money, repeatedly.

We own the world, folks. As long as we draw breath we can get better and better and enjoy life more and more.

First, forget the past...that was yesterday. Today and tomorrow count the most. Ask yourself simple questions and explore the answers that come at odd moments.
