I had more energy this morning than I have had in months, though I have still been taking it easy. I was going to even go for a bike ride, but it started to rain :(.

I am glad I didn't as some extra SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and senna snuck up one me.
That would have been awful!

Guess I lucked out.

I gained a lb after doing SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) yesterday. I think it is salt retention.

I am starting to lose the coating on my tongue and I am getting mucous out of me in strange places. That is my weird part.
