So sorry to hear this. But, only if one lives real close with you, as with my husband, he has seen me first hand at my worst and has also gone to the doctors with me. Yet, still I don't tell him all, as it just creates more stress for me and him at times. I continually research and learn and find ways to cope and nourish.
I think it takes someone to confide in who is real close with you anyway, and that has to be someone who loves you unconditionally and cares more about you than themselves.
There are far and few of these poeple. But, thank goodness for this board and we all are buddies here, all in the same boat.
My husband knows when I'm not doing well and trys to keep at bay. As I am into my own little far off world than, filled with weakness, brainfog, anxiety, depression.
