weight loss notes

According to my notes, I was 135 lbs at the start of my MC. I am 5'2, 24, and have never had children, so I can't relate to that, but am related to women who have had many (9 kids-Dad's mom and 7 kids Mom's mom and my mom had 4 kids), so I know that weight loss is difficult once you've been pregnant. I am a classic pear shape so I know that losing weight is difficult for me period. My mom is "morbidly obese" and has had weight problems her entire life, including in childhood. Fortunately, I was spared her metabolism, but upon moving to Houston (U.S.'s fattest city), I gained 20-30 lbs over since August 2002 due to poor diet and inactivity. I maxed out recently at 140 lbs. I was horrified. My normal setpoint is 110-115 lbs and at that weight, I look and feel good. I'm trying to get back to that point and am using the Master-Cleanse partly to get to that point. I am also doing Master-Cleanse to cleanse me of my desire to eat nasty starchy food. So far, my cravings have been for roasted chicken and sushi, which I interpret as my body telling me it wants protein and good fats.
I have also been craving squash cooked with butter and lemon juice (extremely yummy) and tomatoes. I can't wait to eat again, but I also know that I need to be careful. White Sugar or flour of any kind can trigger my cravings intensely.

This morning, I woke up and was 128 lbs. I was ecstatic and did a little joyful dance. I am losing, but my tongue is still coated, I feel gross and my energy is pretty low. I have not yet felt the "euphoric" feelings you're supposed to get from fasting.
I'm still waiting to see what happens.
