"For millions of years, species were able to survive as species because those that were weak or maladapted died, and only those that were strong and well adapted to life challenges survived."
Food for thought.
And also, what if ... death isn't such a bad thing after all. What if it's a natural part of the life cycle?
What if death is another kind of birth, into another level of being?
What if ... we fear old age and dying because, sooner or later, all our unhealthy habits catch up with us and we suffer for everything we (and our ancestors) have done that's against nature?
