marine phytoplankton

Dr. Jeff, I've been chronically ill for nearly 9 years now. We know it is candida related but everything I've tried to clear it has not gone well. I just get serious die off. My usual state of being is fatigued, weak, reflux and anxiety. When I take anti-fungals I get dizzy, very anxious and so weak I can't even move.
I've looked at the plan and already changed my diet to match, but I want to at least get my strength up before I start the supplements so I can survive the die off. I've looked into my options and found that marine phytoplankton can be very successful in assisting people with chronic conditions improve their wellbeing, including candida. Here are some examples I've found:

I'm looking at the high quality brand 'Ocean's Alive', here's an example of what's in it:

My questions are,
-Do you think taking marine phytoplankton will help with my situation?
-Will it be ok to use during the plan?
-tests have shown my liver is weak, probably from toxicity, could the marine phytoplankton help with this too? (as it claims to detoxify the liver and improve the immune system)
