Glycine can help with the anxiety and OCD by raising gamma amino butyric acid (GABA) levels.  I recommend 500-1000mg three times daily at least 30 minutes before meals.

The supplement trimethylglycine (TMG) can help with the depression by acting as a methyl donor for the production of neurotransmitters.  Recommended dose is 1000mg three times daily before meals.
