Re: About to start hydrocortisone therapy

Will you be taking a natural compounded hydrocortisone?
30mg. seems a bit high. Most usually keep it at 20mg. a day for starters.

I started at 15-20mg. 1.5 years ago. Now, I have tapered down to 3mg. 3x a day.
A good way to get this so you have a steady flow, is get the capsules with a sustained release filler added.
You will hopefully notice a benefit on this. But, I'd really see about starting out on 20mg. a day, 2.5mg. taken 4 times throughout the day.
