Hey . I am currently on my 9th day of fasting and I have enough energy to workout but I don't know if it is a good idea. I don't want to lose the weight WAY too quickly and have issues with loose skin nor do I want to risk losing extra muscle so my questions are....

who as exercised throughout their long fast? Did this help with the weight loss? or did you feel like you lost extra muscle?
