Was wondering what people would think of this? Or if anyone has tried it?
I am on day 3 of a semi-juice fast (mostly green juices and all very watered down) and this time I've tried something I've never done before. I've been eating a few big spoonfuls of raw coconut oil every night before I fall asleep. I realize this technically breaks the fast a little bit, or slows it down at least, but I thought it might be good since coconut oil is so detoxifying.
Each morning when I wake up I've been doing a salt water flush, and cleaning out my colon and I've actually passed stuff that looks like what happens after a liver flush. So I think this might be giving me a bit of a mini Liver Flush every night.
Has anyone else tried coconut oil or other small amounts of fat while fasting? I planned on doing it one more night and then going into a deeper cleansing mode with only juices and then only water.
