Similar weight and similar situation, I start my masters end of september, so I will be on and off fasting till then! So far doing good, my desire to eat has now gone!
My plan is to switch to Alternative day fasting once I hit 11 stone, (im hoping I will manage to do this if I lose a pound a day for 80 days which is ambitious but possible!) I have read that its a excelletn way to build muscle and reduce internal fat and fatty tissues which give a flabby look. It also keeps HGH production high which is anti aging and muslce building.
