What's the proper dosage for Uva ursi?

I took a CDSA (Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis) because I was feeling like I had candida-like symptoms. None showed up in the test, but I found that I have a 4+ rating for Klebsiella pneumoniae. I've read that Uva ursi is good for eliminating this, is it better to take capsules or make a tea? And what is the correct dosage per day, and for how many days/weeks, etc.? Thanks for all your help!
