I by my experience, have felt, probiotics are the most over-hyped pills in the market today. The focus should be to encourage the body to produce it's own "healthy bacteria" rather than artificially injesting them.
I was eating a ton of probiotics hoping to cure my bloating. It did not help me. My last resort was LF. And I have seen significant reduction in bloating. I am not wasting my money on probiotics anymore. I eat home-made yogurt though.
