Life Insurance Blood Test, TV, Raw Paleo Diet Practitioner
In life insurance, blood tests are needed to be done to assure the life insurance firm of the acceptable risk they must take to insure the person. If you were an insurance company, you would want blood test for
Rheumatoid Arthritis , blood test for triglycerides, blood test for diabetes and other risks that the medical establishment has set.
Last Monday, a TV crew took videos of me eating many different kinds of raw animal foods from raw eggs, raw beef, raw fish, raw oysters. It’s for a feature in a popular prime time show where they will focus on raw animal foods for healing. Something of a curiosity for the masses of viewers. I’m trying to get across the message that our philosophy is raw paleo diet… the original human diet… so it’s not just any meat, it has to be paleo meat. Plus we also eat fruit and some vegetables.
Paleo refers to paleolithic. Or stone age. Or caveman times. The times before agriculture. A time of hunting and gathering. Gathering shell fish, gathering fruit, edible vegetables, hunting for wild fish or wild game. In the Philippines, that was not such a long time ago… merely 6,000 to 3,000 BC archaeologists found that at that time Filipinos ate marine animals, land animals, fruits, some vegetables… no starch, the marked absence of even bananas and sweet potatoes. This is called paleo diet or paleolithic diet. And it would be safe to assume that humans would not have the tools nor the patience to cook each and every animal to death, nor cook inedible when raw vegetables… of course it is ridiculous to cook fruit right? Therefore it would be ridiculous from our paleolithic ancestors to see most people today cook / cauterize and condiment their animal food to an unrecognizable form.
The raw paleolithic diet is theorized as the nature prescribed human diet. This is our NATURAL diet. At no point are cooked diets “natural”. Cooked and processed diets are un-natural. Where natural diet and environment can be thought of as simple as an ocean fish in an aquarium. The aquarium environment and food supply is artificially sustained to keep the fish alive… but it will never be as healthy as the open ocean or choral reefs. When your fish in your aquarium is sick… do you feed it drugs? Of course not, that would be silly, right? First thing you do is change the water of the aquarium… and hope you simulate a healthier ocean like environment. But if you really want to see your fish thrive… you transport your fish back to the wild clean ocean… which poses other dangers… like being eaten by a bigger fish… ha ha ha… can’t win em all.
The same aquarium to ocean thought experiment can be done with humans. Humans growing up in a zoo we call the city is a filthy, diet challenged, unhealthy environment. Urban humans are sickly, weak and ugly because urban humans aren’t breathing, nor eating, what they are supposed to… and urban humans put chemicals on their body every single day… and are not playing enough… just work work work. And just like the fish in our example above, give the human his natural environment and natural food and he becomes healthy. Life is simple. Nature is simple. Natural food is a raw paleolithic diet. A large part of that raw paleo diet is raw animal foods.
We humans are the top predators of the world. With our brains and social organization, we conquer all. In the 16th century when the Spaniards first arrived in the Philippines, the waters were just teaming with wild marine food in the shores, the rivers, the streams, the lakes. The land was littered with fat deer and wild boar and other creatures… fattened by forests full of hundreds of varieties of fruits… and people gathering tons of wild honey… life was easy, the garden of eden, food was plenty. Which gives you an idea of just how well fed humans living in these islands were around 6,000 BC.
Thanks to a global network of raw paleo dieters who disseminate this knowledge, I had proven to myself, my children and the people I heal, that the same principles of NATURE still work for humans in the 21st century. When the human is sick… just give him back his natural diet and environment… plus some detox protocols to correct urban filth… and the human heals as nature intended… it is NO MIRACLE… it is not fantastic… it is just the way nature works.
People can use temporary raw paleo diet to cure their illnesses. Then they go back to their urban diets again… which is socially acceptable… then get sick again… and use raw paleo diet again to cure their illnesses. My children are in this dumb cycle right now.
What is fantastic is the disbelief and hysteria from narrow minded people who had forgotten… or never once was exposed to nature… that their matrix of lies in their money system health paradigms are all trampled to the ground and trumped by NATURE. Raw paleo diet is the most NATURAL human diet philosophy there is.
Which brings us back to blood tests. The basis of blood test results, standards and averages and acceptable levels are those of modern 20th century humans plus a lot of lobbying by commercial interests to sell magic potions.
The TV feature program of course requires a blood test which I of course agreed to and will do tomorrow. Because they and the mass media audience of course require their paradigm of proof that somehow, maybe my raw paleo diet blood tests will come out acceptable for them… which seems to be a fair thing… in that level of skepticism… given urban myth health paradigms.
My raw paleo diet point of view level of skepticism is if what I’m doing to myself, my diet is so vastly different from the “average”, then I must have vastly different external and internal results. On a raw paleo diet, being sick of colds, flu, coughs, soar throat, constipation is alien… it just does not happen. I used to have colds, flu, coughs, soar throat, constipation, eczema, hypoglycemic episodes, mitral valve prolapse, acne, folliculitis and was obese (40
pounds heavier)… and it’s just not there anymore… I’ve transformed into a different person. Life is good these days. Would I bother to want my blood test results to match the “average”?
