No.

Sodium chlorite releases chlorine dioxide as its PH is lowered. The Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol lowers the PH to about 3 and that only releases around 15% of the available chlorine dioxide as free chlorine dioxide. The rest is left as chlorous acid.
