Other types of Fasting will work, because I've proven it to myself with Juice Fasting. However, nothing quite compares to a Water Fast...not even a Dry Fast. That is because a Water Fast is actually a water 'Flush'....Keep well Hydrated, then go 'dry'...purge the Toxins. Work with Water and Dry to achieve the best type of Fasting. Now, when you start feeling bad (Physically or Mentally), you break with Juice, then go back to W&D.
Punish yourself just a little.
