I'll go google anaerobic bacteria as related to constipation, to see what I can find out about that. I'd always suspected my problem may be a bacterial imbalance rather than just candida, but I'm not sure about the aerobic versus anaerobic part for me.
The Oxygen-based Colon Cleanse products that introduce oxygen into the gut actually slow down my gut even more, so I don't know what that means for me. (die-off? Or actually making an imbalance worse for me and thus aggravating slow elimination? who knows).
