I don't meen to knock your approach at all because it makes a lot of sense. However i've always gotten between 120-200g protein a day and i'm 163lb 5"8. I've kept it high along with a medium high fat intake and low medium carb intake as a sort of paleo diet.
In my morning bowel movement (always a normal bowel movement strangely, there is a good amount of mucus sometimes just a big glob attached to a part of the stool).
My fiber supplement utilizes inulin and FOS aswell.
*I'm meeting with my doctor in the city about the plan for my stomach, hes a very well known MD who practices functional medicine. I'll let you know what information he gives me, perhaps it will be of use to you or just useful knowledge.
