Anyone have luck getting rid of cysts? (testicular)

I was recently told that I have "bilateral cysts" above both of my testicles, in the epididymis (i.e., the tubes that run from my testes to my body). The left one in particular hurts a bit; it feels like someone is pinching the tube and blocking the flow.

I have been using castor oil packs for a little while now, which I know is famous for breaking up cysts and congestion in the body. Stuff seems to be 'moving' little by little with the castor oil, and I'm hoping that the castor alone will break up whatever is clogged in there and get things moving again.

Does anyone have any other recommendations for breaking up difficult cysts in the body?
