For the first or 2nd Liver-Flush I threw up, was very nauseous on the next several LFs, felt very ill for up to a week, didn't get out any stones at first. I persisted and eventually the LFs became easier to do and thousands of stones came out. People use various methods to help nausea and have posted them. See Dr Sutter's Coke LF, some people use that.
