27 years old spouse tested positiv for cirhosis from hepatitis c

Please help if any of u experienced.My spouse just tested positive for hepatitis c that advanced in cirhosis grade 2 stage 4.He just started treatment and is just 28 years old,.does not smoke or drink.
He is working 60 hrs a week and is tired at times,but this is all.I just need help with tips,,,and what chances u have to survive....i mean we just found out by accident and i m devastated by this news.He just started treatment
