Adrenal Fatigue, sexua| Exhaustion, Squeezing Sensation in Neck

I suspect I’m suffering significantly from adrenal fatigue; I have ADHD and have experienced a life of anxiety and stress, working in environments that were a poor fit, so I’ve struggled with depression. I stopped taking the stimulant drug Methylphenidate as I was becoming completely fatigued.

From an early age self-gratification has regularly helped to relieve life’s tension and stress, I'm now in my 30’s, and think this may have contributed to adrenal fatigue? After orgasm, I get a strong squeezing sensation in my neck and throat, in particular the right side. Feels like my glands and nodes are all swollen, but they’re not.

Also, all around the base of my neck gets tingly and sensitive to shirts and collars, and feels cold. The squeezing occurs in my throat and neck even after a single glass of alcohol, causing an uncomfortable and tight feeling under the chin, lasts for 3 to 4 days, uncomfortable standing upright. So I avoid alcohol.

Surprisingly my shins get itchy and my feet cramp up, especially in the morning and evenings, while my forearms and hands get pins and needles, catabolism?

Even when sitting up straight I get this pulling sensation in my abdomen and neck, and experience tension convulsions, that bring relief.

I also wake up exhausted and crash at about 2pm each day and need a sleep for an hour or two I also get dizzy when I stand quickly, I haven't worked for 2 years, and get the fight or flight response to events that shouldn't cause it.

My nervous system seems volatile and inconsistent. Everything just seems very hard to cope with and requires too much energy. Sweet things pick me up.

Any advice would be great
