Well, thank you!!! -for such a respectful reply!! ;-) I just had some insensitive human being tell me they did not believe I had so many worms and was I the filthiest person on the planet? (The answer is I'm quite clean, actually... very sanitation-minded.)

I don't think I've drank water before the pill... I'll try that. I'll see how that goes. ;_) Thanks for the suggestion.

Juice after?? I don't know. When we 1st started drinking it mixed in juice... I got the juice/ mms burps... GAG!!! PBTH!! ;-( SO I don't know... kinda ruins the whole enjoyment of juice... maybe I'll try again, based on your suggestion though. ; -)

I do know it goes better, if, when I burp, I remember to NOT inhale.. I just open my mouth, and leave it open, and exhale ONLY!! LOL ; -)

The smell w/ capsules? I'm so incredibly sensitive to the smell, even for a quick second. You may not be as sensitive. For example, when our whole family was taking hydr/perox. for a month. The kids & I got to where we couldn't even stand the taste of regular WATER!! And water is our favorite drink!! This was because of taking h/p. (I've heard of another man w/ the same prob.) BUT... my hubby... not a sensitive type--he NEVER had ANY trouble or noticed ANY thing, one way or another when he took h/p!! ?? Weird!! He did finally notice bags under his eyes were almost GONE... but that's it... nothing bad OR good otherwise.

And yesterday, I poured a bit of bleach into the toilet & sink... and GAGGED!! I just can't stand it!! (Because of the revulsion to the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ).

The baking soda... right. -Good reminder, IF I need it. But I don't actually want to STOP it.. .I'm willing go through whatever if takes... sometimes it just surprises me though! ; -)

Oh!! I just realized you said 16 oz. before!! That is a LOT!! That would make a difference. But I'm curious if the dilution makes it less effective?? Hmm.... or if I'd puke water & Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ?? ?? I'll try though... I'll TRY!! ;-) I appreciate it.

Why are you taking it 3x/ day, every day, and for 2 yrs?? That is a LOT. You must really be tolerating it QUITE well NOW!! ; -) How did you react to it at 1st few times/ months?
