You said the Watermelon Seed Tea was convenient. Are you using your own seeds? Do you blend them up & with which gadget? What are the preparation methods/ steep times, etc? Do you drink it hot or cold?

And... most of all: Do YOU ever SEE any little stones come out?? Does anyone ever?
