Yeah, I shudder when I think of how much mercury I've surely consumed due to fish over the years. Being though I was an avid weightlifter for years I used to eat tons of cheap-o brand tuna for the cheap protein, sometimes 3-4 cans in a day! Then I lived in Japan for several years, where I ate sushi at least once a week if not more, including going to those all-you-can-eat sushi places. And all this with 12 Amalgam fillings in my mouth since I was a kid. So suffice to say I am expecting to get well or die trying once I get these fillings out in a couple of weeks!
