Demodex in eyelashes?

Has anyone tried the eyelash cream from demodex solutions? I have ordered it and expect it any minute now. Just wondering how it worked for you.

I have had dry eyes for decades and no doc ever said it might be demodex. It seems to me they really don't know about it. (I don't know how no doc in the US seems to know about demodex and the harm it does and what the cure is.)

Anyway, have YOU been able to do anything to rid your eyelashes (roots, eyelids, etc.) of demodex? How?
