Yeah, I would hold off until the Amalgams are gone because it's still an oral supplement. Just to be safe.
But the IMD product is not bioavailable and stays only within the digestive tract. Basically, it's a new way of thinking. It reabsorbs and pulls the mercury out of the digestive tract and prevents recirculation of metals and allows for the detox pathways to open up. Chlorella and spirulina may have that effect somewhat but I don't trust those and they may cause gastrointestinal issues. It's good to know that it targets only the GI cells. Dr. Chris Shade mentions that the detox pathway is backed up due to the GI cells being mercury toxic and they are Pathway phase III. Liver phase II and I cannot fully excrete without phase III, the intestine excreting. Whether or not it will work, I have yet to try but he is a very good researcher in this area.
The purpose of the product is not to directly excrete metals from the tissue or the brain directly though but pull it from the intestines and let the body naturally start up the conveyor belt so to speak.
