I am amazed by the mineral content and benefits of legit seaweeds. Has anyone tried Schulzes Superfood or real seaweeds. Which is better?
I would stick to seaweeds and other herbs such as nettle leaf and alfalfa that are also nutrition rich. The "Superfood" contains "blue-green algae", which actually refers to the toxic cyanobacteria collected from Klamath Lake that contains liver and nervous system damaging microcystins and anatoxins:
Which seaweeds are the best to add to soups or stirfrys? I am looking for one really high in minerals and idc about iodine, iron, etc
For cooking there are various seaweeds that will work such as wakame (one of my favorites) and hiziki. For raw seaweed to sprinkle on your food then I would recommend dulse flakes.
