Re: Liver flush and Coffee ENEMA? ALL IN ONE

I have used coffee enemas with a liver flush. Actually Dr. David Jubb's Liver Flush protocol uses coffee enemas. I did them the Moritz way for a while and found the Jubb protocol way more effective. The oil and lemon juice are taken at a different time of day. Dr. Jubb says that you want to drink the oil at 2 pm because that's when there is maximum bile being released. Doing a coffee enema with the flush when you are doing it at night prevent you from being able to fall asleep. I know I can't do a coffee enema even as late as 6 pm or I'll be up all night.

So the protocol goes like this:

- Fast in the morning.
- You can drink the Epsom Salts if you want, just like with the Moritz protocol, 4 hours and then 2 hours before drinking the oil and lemon juice. I don't always do this. But you can drink Epsom Salts at 10 am then again at 12 pm.
- At 2 pm drink 8 oz of oil and 8 oz of lemon juice.
- Lay down and do a castor pack over the liver with a heating pad.
- After laying down for 30 min, do a coffee enema.
- Rest the remainder of the day. I try to keep a castor pack over my liver most of the day if I can.

Generally the stones will start coming out the next morning, but I usually drink some Epsom Salts again in the late afternoon and the stones start coming out in the evening. I then do a water enema later in the evening before going to sleep.

I found this to be WAY more effective, also I don't get sick hardly ever when drinking the oil during the day. I end up throwing up almost every time when I do the flush at night. When I started doing the flush during the day, I started getting out twice as many stones on average. Sometimes I can't do it during the day due to my schedule, so I do it at night as well. I think I only got sick and threw up once when doing it during the day, and it's like almost guaranteed when I do it at night. Also using 8 oz of oil is way more effective for me than using 4 oz., but it does make me more sick if I do it at night. I'm generally fine with 8 oz during the day. I just did my 50th flush yesterday. I think I'm finally close to the end, the number of stones has been decreasing over time. Tweet
