Melasma and adrenal fatigue

DR Lam,

I have been exposed to very high amounts of molds for 9 years and I have become sicker and sicker over the years until I finally realised what was hapening.( extreme fatigue, severe insomina, hypoglycemia, heart palpitations, inflammmation all over...). I live in a healthy environment since 5 years now but I am still sick.

I have low neutrophils count and I think it had played a role in the chronic candida problem wich I suffer.(if I do not take molybedenum it is as if I am drunk and I cannot tolerate alcool: I get heart palpitation)

Two questions:

1.Why do every time I try to do a natural antifungal trx I get extreme nervous system symtoms to the point that I cannot function and must discontinue all treatments ? (I get severe insomnia, nervousness, muscle twich , groggy feeling and irritability )

2.Since 4 years now, I have a melasma that keeps growing although I put spf 60 everyday( it covers almost entirely my forehead and nowI have racoon eyes as well as upper lips spots and it keeps lowering on my cheeks).. Do you think it is linked to low cortisol? Have you seen poeple "recover" from that as they recovered from adrenal fatigue?

Thank you for your generous time!

P.
