I doubt that very much, and have never suggested it either.
I'm lucky in that I know many scientists personally, and have worked in the government sector for many years, so I'm fully aware that there is corruption, particularly on a corporate level.
This doesn't mean that all scientists, doctors, or government departments are corrupt, but it does mean that all information should be questioned, and preferably independently verified.
From my experience the majority of scientists and researchers are honest people, and are interested in the data, not the agenda.
