I'm in this boat right now too.

I'm not sure coffee enemas are helping.

I think ANY pressure in the colon or small intestine can spread diverticulitis.

1) It can cause more diverticuli from pressure

2) It will clean out healthy bacteria and the infection can continue to dominate

JMO I may be wrong

I have Lyme and Diverticulitis.
