It is hard to find something to eat outside when we want to stick with a restrictive diet. Today, my breakfast was a rice cake with unsweetened almond butter and unsweetened almond milk. At around, 1.00 pm I was in a meeting at work feeling bad without nothing to eat. If I look to a close grocery, I don't find anything. Plantains, potatoes, fruits, chocolate, and most product contain gluten or maltodextrin. It happens to me many times when I see hundreds of products but nothing I can eat. Even a V8 vegetable juice has sugar. Don't know what do do ???
If someone knows something, please let me know.
