Re: Request for Hveragerthi

Hello, I been reading hveragerthi posts all very interesting. correct anything thats wrong HV or others trying to summerize here!(and understand mayself!)
for the last year i have been trying only to kill yeast and not may good bacteria and i have inproved greatly...

1)however 2 weeks ago i started on a different approach and i am now regreting it. i been taking sodium bicarondate. hveragerth says that akaline makes candida change into the form that attacks the walls of the intestine.stopping this

2)I also have taken candex which others think is great , but i think i am worried because having a biology degree i think hv is right it will break down your food into simple sugars.and in the end feed the yeast.stopping this
3) hv does not like organio oil or grape fruit extact because again these kill your good bacteria. we are on a loser with out this its all just going to grow back without the good guys.
4) hv does not like enzymes and thinks its good to have bitters instead. but not gold seal. i am confused here. what is good? i understand we need to taste them to put them on our tounge to get the bitter reaction in brain to release the emzymes naturally..but what should we take?lettice (yes i can do that)dandelion leaves (sounds disgusting but not stopped me before!)articoke leaves ok but worm wood will that not kill are good bacteria! someone help here please :))
5) yucca root sounds good wonder where u buy it in uk? kills yeast and feeds bacteria! yum yum :)
6) adrenals yes really important i take adrenal extra for this it seems to work!
7)zinc yes great i can do that!
8) stomach acid learnt from tony about ascobic acid with meals and hv likes it too so doing that one know!
9) hv says about TMG i think this increases digestive secertions?
10) hv does not like colostrum either (don't know why but will not take it)

so what can we take to kill the yeast and not the good bacteria any ideas anyone?
11) i tried having oat bran a year ago but ended up worse after 2 months i think i have bad bacteria as well so it did not help me, might help others. i think eating broccoli and articke is a good idea!

sorry about bad spelling dyslexic but thought i write a summery anyway of what i have read today :)))
