Re: [EDIT]Re: Heavy limbs

Are you eating any vegetables like green beans, broccolli,
cauliflower, zuccini squash, spinach, butternut squash, collard greens, or any high fiber complex carbs like 12 grain toast, or just a little oatmeal?

Looks like you are only eating protein and fat.
I'm just concerned, as even those who are hypoglycemic, like I have been for 23 years, I still have to eat a balance of the four food groups, but always making protein the largest portion on my plate.

But, I to have that same fatigue. Some days are 10-25% beter and others, I sit 90% of the time and only get up to cook, personal hygenine, do laundry and grocery shopping is still mostly a struggle.

I was doing better last Sept. -January ( somewhat) but than had 2-3 big stress crashes that has left me very weak and with anxiety and Depression for the past 3 months now.

Very disheartening. This stage is a bad stage Dr. Lam makes mention of, as with each stressor, taking longer to even reach up again. I really hate it.

Sorry, I'm usually not gloom and doom, but 3 years is really beginning to wear on me.
