I found a diet that is very similar to mine there. Through trial & error I have eliminated a lot of what is making me stink over the years. Now I find a lot of the foods that cause TMAU (high choline) also are on this FODMAPS diet list of things to avoid but for different reasons. Think peanut butter, egg yolks, and beans. Has to do with a sugar-malabsorption problem, not the choline content in this case. I am a week in to the diet myself so I haven't noticed any changes.
Hoever, there are people on that forum that have greatly decreased their FBO by getting tested for lactose/fructose intolerance and adopting this diet. Hope this helps someone. As always, feel free to e-mail me with questions.
