Re: Candida with DMSA vs. DMPS, etc.

I felt like the DMSA didn't help me at all, and made my candida so much worse. I think I might try ALA alone again at some point even though it sometimes gave me bad side effects. Raw cilantro, about 1/3 of an ounce a day seems to be helping me quite a bit. Now Candida Clear, extra olive leaf extract, and cloves, turmeric, ginger, etc. are helping me combat candida. I took off around 15 pounds of excess weight in the past month.

Even if I wanted to try DMPS, I think I probably can't even get it. I have no desire at all to try EDTA, and suggest that those who use it exercise caution. Oral EDTA is the worst idea, as only about 5% or so of it is absorbed, leving 95% of it do block absorption of necessary minerals from the digestive tract.
