One half hr of walking a mall with some swimming at night. Around 1600 caloriess no more per day. Also, 40 pushups per day every day. Keeps the pecs tight and flat. Guys, my way works. I wear size 34 pants and Large shirts, sometimes Medium if I can get away with it. Soda pop maybe a couple times a week. Plenty of vitamin zero calorie water. I work outside so that helps as well three times per week.
