MMS and Radiation

Since I am located in Japan, I am very curious to know what effect if any Miracle-Mineral-Supplement can be expected to have on radioactive isotopes or hot particles which have entered the body through the lungs or the digestive tract, in other words from the air or from food and water, etc. I am somewhat familiar with claims that it oxidises heavy metals, but what specifically would it do to cesium, strontium, uranium, plutonium, etc.?
