Hi guys, anyone had any success in defeating fecal body odor

Hi all,
Surfer27 here. Has anyone had any success, in defeating this fecal Body Odor condition at all? Any insights would be good, as I've tried everything imaginable and nothing's helped it!! On a intersting note, just recently, about 3 to 4 weeks ago, I started taking a supplement called Biotin. After about a week of using it, I noticed a smell coming off my external skin, completely different from my fecal body odour! It was more of a smell, like: urine or smoke!!! Has anyone, ever had or experienced, bad side effects as this, when taking Biotin? Does anyone know, if Biotin brings out toxins outta the skin at all? This new smell, I've been picking up, has got to be even worse then the fecal body odour and I cannot get rid of it and it all started, back when I took the Biotin Capsules!!! Any suggestions? Advice? I've already tried cleansing my body, of this new body odour and nothing is working!! Any help would be great, as I just wanna get my dignity and confidence back in life, so I can move forward!! Thanks and take care.
