It's funny that losing weight was mentioned in this because since starting this med I've lost about 6 pounds and was a little worried about it. But this puts me at ease (and losing weight/helping my cholest is a plus).

I usually only half to take about half of a packet of this, sometimes when I know I'm going somewhere I take a full but it works wonders. This whole thing didn't unset for me until 3 years AFTER my surgery (weird huh?) and it was like 6 times a day non stop.

Now I go once sometimes twice and it's normal. It's nice being constipated too, as weird as that sounds.
