Re: Cilantro and Chlorella doses ??

I think you may be on to something, Jorge. A lot has to do with how effective our bodies are at detoxing. If your body is very poor at it (I believe mine is) or if your body is sensitive to mercury, it wouldn't take many fillings to make you sick. The possibility that you breathed in lead paint is also a cause for concern.

I recommend using just cilantro spice in water (or fresh cilantro). Beware the fact that cilantro liquid may have alcohol in it, which caused my candida symptoms to get worse when I tried it. I put the liquid in the microwave for 3 mins to boil off the alcohol and didn't have as much trouble, but I find the spice works just as well and is cheap.

I'm not sure there is a definite protocol for how much to take. I usually take 5-8 small chlorella tablets 30 mins before meals, and about 3-4 dashes of cilantro spice in water.

You would need to use something like DMSA or EDTA if you want to chelate lead. I don't know much about EDTA chelating, so I can't make a recommendation.
