When I started to post at CZ I wanted to share my enthusiasm with what I learned at AskML and I learned my lessons rapidly.

On one forum I was banned after just one post. No warning, no explanation.

On another forum my first post there was hidden. Again, no warning, no explanation.

I learned that CZ is not what I expected it to be.

But keep-up the good work and I salute you.

I don't say that because your post was about the ML drink, but because you wanted to share with others what worked for you. I hope you will continue.
