Thanks for your reply, Pepe. I did use the Celtic grey Sea Salt , but I just wasn't able to drink it down, and I felt like having so much salt all at once was gonna give me a stroke or something. Anyway, I think I'm just going to see how it goes without the SWF. Also, I wonder if a little cheating will mess up the Master-Cleanse process, because I'm on day 3 and I felt like I needed some protein, so I broke down and had some tofu cubes with a little Tandoori sauce. I read somewhere, Web MD - I think - that some of the weight loss comes from losing muscle mass. Is that true?
