What bit me?

I got bit outside about 2 or 3 days ago and yesterday this bug bite got really swollen and hard. Today it's really red and still itchy, but it doesn't hurt anymore...I don't know what bit me or if I should be worried, but the itchiness is just really getting to me, I normally don't itch bug bites but this one is something else... If anyone can help me identify it, that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
