Wow, this is great...i think i can relate to majority of list here. Btw I have question though...what do you mean by control issues?

Send me the survey please. After we all did the survey, will you share with us the result?

I think if it's possible, can you incorporate the heavy metal poisoning into the survey as well? I've learnt that a lot of "emotional/psychological" symptoms apparently can be caused by physical thing (i.e. mercury toxicity). I would like to know how many AFers with toxin issues (heavy metal, amoeba, parasites, etc.)
