Uny, after I thought the IP would be the best choice, my mom and I have decided on other things instead. I am not going to jump into this intense program rit away and instead am going to work up slowly. Yesterday I talked to multiple people at whole foods and a natural warehouse. We got a few books about eating well for a better lifestyle and such, could you help me with creating a protocol for cmt? I would like to go n the hallelujah diet. And I am eating more fruits and vegetables and making green smoothies. I have decided to cut out dairy and weat and got reverse osmosis water. I am going to the pool more often to swim laps too. I am taking my b vitamins and fish oil twice a day and an immune system vitamin because I heard that my condition could be an autoimmune disorder.
I am still willing to get any important herbs formulas off of your herbal apothecary that you may recommend. Any other suggestions? I am sorr t change my mind like this, I hope that doesn't make you angry, but this just ended up being better be because I can work it not my daily schedule.
