hormonal imbalance

I am female and my age is 22 years. I was born with hair all over my body. but it was small in size.but before 2 years I was having so many critical situation in my life so I could not sleep for 1.5 months and in between I found that during these depression period ,hair arise on my breast also and it is increasing around nipples.so what to do.
i am very much depressed.I have also read a lot about Laser hair remval treatment but I am having these problems by birth then it may possible that hair can grow back again.
Is it curable by hormonal treatment? Is there any side effect of hormonal imbalance treatment?
and if i give birth to my baby then is there any possibility that he/she is not having any hormonal imbalance? what should i do plz advice me as soon as possible.
