Re: Some Questions.....Re: Feeling hopeless, desperate for some

Thank you Willowley.

Age, Sex, Height/Weight (height/weight proportionate? under/overweight?)

22, M, 5'5 115. Have had a speedy metabolism for nearly my entire life thus having difficulty gaining weight.

Exercise daily? weekly? never? (how much, what type?)

Daily for well over a month now. Do some light barefoot walking as well as some light jogging which is very difficult because I lose my breath almost instantly.

Water:

--how much water do you drink daily? (what kind of water? tap; filtered -what kind of filter?-; reverse osmosis (RO); distilled; spring/mineral; other)

Only reverse osmosis or spring water for about 6 mnths now. Normally drink anywhere from 4-7 bottles daily.

Other beverages (daily, occasionally):

None

Diet (in any given week) - please be as specific as possible:

--white sugar? white flour? white salt?

No sugar. White flour very rarely. I'll guess and say once a month. Thought salt was good for the adrenals for a good while but have cut it out my diet the past few weeks.

--processed foods?

None

--gmo frankenfoods (non-organic: soy/derivatives, corn/derivatives, canola/cottonseed oil, beet sugar)

Ate corn about a month ago. Had popcorn a few weeks ago as well.

--how many/what kind of fruits/veggies daily? (raw, steamed, cooked?)

Recently have been eating mainly raw fruit. Apples, bananas, mangoes, grapefruit, peaches, plums which I'm able to sustain for a few days, but then my excess hunger takes over and I am left unsatisfied by eating just fruit.

--dairy (what kind? how much?)

None

--meat (what kind? how much?)

I've been trying to avoid it best I can the past few months. Ate steak a week ago as well as salmon/brown rice the other day.

--oils & fats (what kind? how much?)

Very rarely as I haven't eaten fried food in nearly a month now.

--what percentage of the above is organic?

I lost my job so I cannot afford organic food.

Do you use a microwave oven? If so, how often?

No

How "un-wired" are you at home and at work? Cell phone? WiFi? Cordless phone (what mHz or gHz? DECT?); other wireless toys & gadgets?

I spend a good amount of time on my wireless laptop.

Are you exposed to chemicals in the home or workplace frequently? If so, what?

No

Allergies (food, chemical, drugs, other):

None that I'm aware of.

Food "reactions":

Sugar or simple carbs cause an uneasy, anxious feeling throughout my body as well as an increase in brain fog.

Pharmaceutical drugs (current/past):

Took Xanax for about a week back in September/October.

Over The Counter drugs (current/past):

Benedryl before my major symptoms started last summer when I was first started having sinus trouble thinking I had developed some sort of allergy.

Drugs "other" (current/past):

Smoked cigarettes for 4 years and marijuana consistently for about a year. Have not enjoyed cigarettes since my symptoms and have been battling them for nearly a year now. They did nothing for me apart from increase my anxiety and brain fog but I would quit and return to them for reasons I cannot even tell you. I quit cigarettes for good 2 weeks ago and do not plan on ever going back.

Supplements (please be as specific as possible as include 'name brands' and amounts taken):

I've bought nearly every supplement known to mankind. Everything from the vitamin and mineral chain to various antifungals. Experimented with each supplement for about a week before dropping it. Haven't taken anything in half a year or so apart for some licorice root, ashwaganda, and siberian ginseng which provide no noticeable benefits.

Other current therapies, cleanses or protocols:

None

What, if anything, are you are doing or taking now that is yielding positive results?

Nothing..

What, if anything, have you done in the past that yielded negative results?

Eating sugar and simple carbs.

Recent vaccines:

None

How many bowel movements daily/weekly? (color, consistency, etc)

Varies. I would say on average 3-4 times a week but never even close to fully emptied. As of late, it seems as if though my stools are never compact but not diarrhea either. Almost flaky like. Color ranges from orange to brown.

Do you have a juicer? (if so what kind? centrifugal; single auger; masticating; if you don't know, what's the brand/model?)

I own an L'Equip 110.5 Grey Mini Pulp Ejection Juicer.

Have you ever done any "cleansing"? (colon, liver, kidney, etc); if so, when and what type/product & results?

Hulda Clark's liver flush - once
Tried to colon cleanse with Organic Bowel Cleanse from Whole Foods which did nothing.

What other types of allopathic, alternative or natural therapies or protocols have you tried (if any)? results?

Barefoot walking leaves me very relaxed and lively.
Belly breathing also seems to relax me a bit.

Past issues, drugs, surgeries that you think may be contributing to current issues?

Was born with scoliosis and had my spine fused with a titanium rod at age 5 resulting in long legs, short torso.

Have been very stressed throughout my life. Went to my native land in Europe 2 years ago in an attempt to fix my legal status and was very stressed during that summer not knowing whether or not I would be allowed to return to the US. I became an insomniac once I got there and also became very fatigued with an increased need for sleep. Funny thing is, now I want to leave the US and move to South America.

Are you aware of the difference between "alternative medicine" and trulynatural healing?

I believe so.

What do YOU think & discern is wrong (and why?)

I'm almost positive I have candida and I believe my body is stuck in fight or flight mode. I really have no clue as to why and this is why I've been in a struggle for nearly a year.

Thank you for reading.
